Returning a product:
Create a return within 35 days of receiving your order.
Create a return label by using your order number and details below. We'll send you a return label within 48 hours.
Pick a refund option: Exchange or Store Credit,
Securely repackage your order.
Cover or remove any original shipping barcodes from package.
Take the package to a postal office.
Where Can I Find My Order Number?
Your order number is located in the order confirmation email.
When will I receive my refund/store credit?
Your refund, store credit or exchange will be processed within 2-3 working days after arriving in our warehouse. Please consult your return track and trace to see when it arrives.
To exchange a product please return the item(s) using the steps above and pick 'exchange' as return option. In the following step please tell us what item, color and size you want to receive. A new order will be created that will ship once the returned product(s) arrive in our warehouse.
If there is a price difference you will be compensated with a refund in store credit or you will receive a new invoice to pay for the outstanding amount.
Attention: because of the high demand, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide the exact garment in a different size. If the product sells out before your item arrives in our warehouse we can't provide you with a new one. So please try to order the correct size and/or come in touch with us for size advisement.
