Terms and Conditions
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all offers of UHA International. The terms are accessible to everyone and recorded on UHA International's internet site. On request, we will send you a written copy.
1.2 By placing an order, you acknowledge that you agree with the delivery and payment terms. UHA International reserves the right to change its delivery and/or payment terms after the expiration of the term.
1.3 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the general or specific terms or terms of third parties are not recognized by UHA International.
1.4 UHA International warrants that the delivered product complies with the agreement and complies with the specifications specified.
2.1 Prices are not increased within the term of the offer unless legal measures make this necessary or if the manufacturer makes interim price increases.
2.2 All prices on the site are subject to printing and typing errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of pressure and error errors.
2.3 All prices on the site are in EUROs and include 21% VAT.
3.1 By placing your order you explain:

3.1.2 that you provide all details/information, if UHA International requests this from you, to confirm that you are able to purchase the products
3.1.3 that you act as an individual consumer in your capacity and do not use the products or part of the products for resale
3.1.4 that you are the authorized holder of a credit/debit card that is allowed on this website.
3.2. Order of products
3.2 Orders must be placed:

3.3 By confirming your order, either through the website, by fax or by post, you agree to the purchase of UHA International products. UHA International can confirm via e-mail (if the order is placed via the website). A confirmation of receipt of the order will not constitute UHA International approval of your order.
3.4 You have the right to change your order within 24 hours of purchase on our website. If you would like to change a model number this will no longer be accepted. Provided the order has already been processed and shipped.
4.1 Delivery takes place while stocks last.
4.2 Within the framework of the remote purchase rules, UHA International orders will be executed within 30 days. If this is not possible (because the order is not in stock or is no longer available), or if there is delay for other reasons or an order cannot be or only partially, the consumer will receive within 1 month of placing the order message and in that case he has the right to cancel the order without charge and notice.
4.3 Unless otherwise provided, UHA International's delivery obligation will be met once the goods delivered by UHA International have been offered to the customer once. On delivery to the carrier, the carrier's report, including the refusal of acceptance, extends to full proof of supply delivery.
4.4 All terms stated on the internet site are indicative. Consequently, no rights can be derived from the said deadlines.
5. Deadline/withdrawal right
5.1 If there is a consumer purchase, in accordance with the Distance Sales Act (Article 7: 5 of the Dutch Civil Code), the buyer has the right to return the goods (part of) the goods delivered within a period of 7 working days without giving a reason. This period begins at the time the ordered items are delivered. If the customer did not return the delivered goods to UHA International after the expiry of this period, the purchase is a fact. The customer is obliged to report to UHA International within 7 working days after delivery before returning. The customer must prove that the goods delivered have been returned in time, for example by post delivery proof. Return of the goods must be done in the original packaging (including accessories and accompanying documentation) and in the new state. If the goods have been used by the buyer, have been damaged or in any way damaged, the right to dissolve within the meaning of this paragraph shall expire. With due regard to the provisions of the previous sentence, UHA International shall ensure that within 30 days of receipt of the return shipment, the full purchase price including the calculated shipping cost is repaid to the customer. The return of the goods delivered is entirely at the expense and risk of the customer.
5.2 The right to termination, as described in the previous paragraph, relates only to the goods delivered and will in no case relate to services such as telephone subscriptions from UHA International network operators. On the last mentioned services, where UHA International acts as intermediary or agent, the terms and conditions of such network operators will apply.
5.3 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Services of which the implementation, with the agreement of the consumer, has begun for the term of seven working days
goods or services whose price is subject to fluctuations in the financial market, on which the supplier has no influence
goods that are manufactured according to consumer specifications, for example, custom made, or which have a clear personal character
for goods or services which, by their nature, can not be returned, for example i.v. hygiene or spoilage or aging
audio and video recordings and computer software that the consumer has broken the seal
the delivery of newspapers and magazines; for betting and lottery services
6. Data management
6.1 If you place an order at UHA International, your information will be included in UHA International's customer base. UHA International adheres to the Personal Data Registration Act and will not provide your information to third parties.
6.2 UHA International respects the privacy of users of the internet site and ensures the confidentiality of your personal information.
6.3 UHA International makes use of a mailing list in some cases. Each mailing contains instructions to remove yourself from this list.
7.1 UHA International warrants that the products delivered by it comply with the requirements of usability, reliability, and life as reasonably intended by the parties to the purchase agreement, and hereby represent the manufacturer's warranty for the product you provide.
7.2 UHA International warranty period corresponds to the factory warranty term. However, UHA International is never responsible for the ultimate suitability of the business for each individual application by the customer, nor for any advice regarding the use or application of the business.
7.3 The customer is obliged to immediately check the goods delivered upon receipt. If it appears that the delivered case is incorrect or incomplete, then the customer must immediately report to UHA International this defect in writing before returning to UHA International. Any defects or incorrectly delivered goods must be notified and may be notified in writing no later than 2 months after delivery to UHA International. Return of the goods must be done in the original packaging (including accessories and accompanying documentation) and in the new state. Initial use of failure to detect defects, after defects, objections and/or resale after a failure has been detected, entitles the holder to advertise and return.
7.4 If UHA International's complaints are found to be well-founded, UHA International will, at its option or delivered items, replace the customer with a written settlement of compensation, with the understanding that UHA International's liability and, consequently, the amount Damage compensation is always limited to at most the invoice amount of the relevant business, or (at UHA International's choice) to the maximum amount covered by the liability insurance of UHA International in the particular case. 7.5 UHA International is not liable for damage caused by intent or equivalent awareness of recklessness by non-executive personnel.
7.6 This warranty does not apply if: A) and as long as the customer is in default of UHA International; B) the customer has prepared and/or edited the goods delivered or has been repaired or edited by third parties. C) the goods delivered have been exposed to or otherwise treated with care or have been treated in violation of the instructions of UHA International and/or instructions for use on the packaging; D) the invalidity is wholly or partly the result of regulations or statements made by the government as to the nature or quality of the materials used;
8.1 An agreement between UHA International and a customer is established after an order assignment by UHA International has been assessed for feasibility.
8.2 UHA International reserves the right to accept or accept only orders or orders without the condition that the shipment is made by credit or after payment.
9. Images and specifications
9.1 All images; photos, drawings etc .; including data on weights, dimensions, colors, images of labels, etc. on UHA International's internet site are only approximate, are indicative and can not give rise to damages or dissolution of the agreement.
10. Force majeure
10.1 UHA International is not liable if and in so far as its commitments cannot be met as a result of force majeure.
10.2 Force majeure is understood to mean any foreign cause, as well as any circumstance, which should not reasonably be at risk to her. Delay in or out of performance by our suppliers, Internet malfunctions, malfunctions in the electricity, malfunctions in email traffic and malfunctions or changes in third-party technology, transport difficulties, workstations, government measures, delay in landing, supplier failures, and / or UHA International manufacturers, as well as auxiliary personnel, staff illness, defects in auxiliary or transport equipment are expressly in force.
10.3 UHA International reserves the right to suspend its obligations in the event of force majeure and is also entitled to dissolve the agreement in whole or in part, or to claim that the content of the agreement is amended in such a way that execution remains possible. In no case is UHA International liable to pay any penalty or damages.
10.4 If UHA International has already partially fulfilled its obligations on the part of the force majeure or is able to fulfill its obligations only partially, it is entitled to invoice the delivered or separately delivered item and the customer is obliged to comply with this invoice as It is a separate contract. However, this does not apply if the already delivered or available portion has no independent value.
11.1 UHA International is not liable for damage caused by vehicles or other objects arising from improper use of the products. Before use, read the instructions on the packaging and/or consult our website.
12. Retention of title
12.1 Ownership of all of UHA International's products sold and delivered to UHA International remains with UHA International as long as the Customer has not fulfilled UHA International's claims under the agreement or prior or subsequent similar agreements as long as the customer is performing or performing work out of these or similar agreements have not yet been fulfilled and as long as the customer has failed to meet UHA International's claims for failure to fulfill such commitments, including claims on fines, interest, and costs, as intended in article 3:92 bw.
12.2 The items delivered by UHA International which is subject to the preservation of title may only be resold under normal business practice and shall never be used as a means of payment.
12.3 The Customer is not authorized to object to or subject to any other objection to the matters under the title.
12.4 The customer already gives unconditional and irrevocable permission to UHA International or a third party to be appointed by UHA International in order to enter into all of those places where UHA International will own its property rights and that business to be included there.
12.5 If third parties attach confiscation to the goods delivered under title reservation or to settle or apply rights thereon, the buyer is obliged to inform UHA International as soon as reasonably expected.
12.6 The Customer undertakes to ensure the goods delivered under title reservation and to be insured against fire, explosion, and water damage as well as theft and policy of this insurance at UHA International's first request.
13. Returning Terms
All goods delivered in advance can be returned to us for 35 days.
